Broccoli Cheese Bake

 
 
2 packs of frozen, chopped broccoli
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 tablespoon French's fried onions
1 stack of Ritz crackers
1 stick butter or margarine
 
 

Prepare in a 13x9x2 pan.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Cook broccoli. Add mayo, onion, cheese and soup & mix well. Pour into pan and spread evenly.

Melt 1 stick of butter and add 1 stack of Ritz crackers crushed. Mix until cracker crumbs are moist. Spread evenly over broccoli mixture.

Bake for 20-30 minutes until topping has been browned.
